Rockplan is an experienced design agency that can assist in the implementation of a wide variety of projects.

Project development commences with an assessment of the economic, environmental and technical conditions for project implementation. At the beginning of the operation, the organization and key personnel of the project development work, the schedule, the risk management procedures and the method of implementing services are defined. Project development evolves progressively towards a high-level, functional and financial goal.

Rockplan offers investors a comprehensive service, which includes all the expertise and partners needed for the design and implementation of the project, from land use and architectural planning to in-service monitoring of the project.

The purpose of the project is to determine the detrimental effects of moisture problems to the subfloor, to design new floor structures for selected areas and to improve ventilation. The project is scheduled to extend from 2018–2020.

Sewage Tunnels at the Blominmäki Wastewater Treatment Plant

New residential buildings are being planned for the Suomenoja area, so the above-ground access points to the Suomenoja acceleration and drainage pumping station will be situated quite close to the residential area. Consequently, the access buildings are designed to withstand both time and gaze.

Sipoo Multipurpose Hall and Civil Defense Shelter

Sipoo's multifunctional hall and civil defense shelter was designed to be as spacious as possible, versatile and pleasant to use. If necessary, the multi-purpose hall will be converted into a shelter for 1,800 people.

Stockholm Metro – Blue Line Extension to Nacka

Stockholm metro’s blue line is being extended from Kungsträdgården, with new terminals at Nacka and Sockeplan. The track length of the extension is 11 kilometers, along which 5 new metro stations will be built.

South-Hermanni Underground Parking Facility

The South-Hermanni parking facility serves residential and commercial properties in the area. There are 336 parking spaces, as well as five stairwells and four elevators to the surface level.

Vuosaari Transportation Tunnels

Tiehallinto/ Vuoli-projekti

Rockplan designed Vuosaari Harbor’s Porvarinlahti road tunnels and Labbacka railway tunnel in cooperation with Finnmap Infra Oy. The 1,600-meter-long submarine road tunnel in Vuosaari is approximately 25 meters below sea level at its deepest point.
