Geology and Environment

Our geologists ensure that each project is carried out in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, respecting the environment and with consideration for the environmental impact of construction.

The geological services provided by Rockplan include, among other things, environmental studies, geological feasibility studies and risk assessments.

With the help of rock quality maps, point clouds and photogrammetric 3D models, geologists determine rock mechanical parameters, which provide input data for rock mechanics and tunneling design.

Additionally, we conduct soil and bedrock research studies, logging of core samples and monitoring of the impacts of construction on the surrounding environment, for example, groundwater.
